The next Digimon TCG set to release in Japan will be New Hero. Although this set will focus on the Digimon Frontier anime series, that doesn’t mean we won’t see popular characters from the original Adventure series, including the Greymon Digivolution chain. In the past week, we have seen a number of card reveals that show how the new black and red additions will bolster Greymon decks.

[On Play] Reveal the top 4 cards of your deck. Add 1 Digimon card with [Greymon] in its name and 1 Digimon card with [Dragon Man] in its traits among them to your hand. Return the remaining cards to the bottom of your deck in any order.

Inherited: [Opponent’s Turn] While you have a Red Digimon in play, this Digimon gains <Blocker>.

[When Digivolving] <De-digivolve 1> 1 of your opponent’s Digimon. Then, delete 1 of your opponent’s Digimon with 3000 DP or less.
Inherited Effect: [Your Turn] While this Digimon has [Dragonkin] or [Machine] in its traits, this Digimon can also attack your opponent’s unsuspended Digimon

[When Digivolving] If there is a Red card in this Digimon’s digivolution cards, you may choose your opponent’s Digimon, if there is a Black card in this Digimon’s digivolution cards, you may choose your opponent’s Tamers. Delete any number of the chosen cards with a combined Play cost of 6 or less.
[All Turns](once per turn) When your opponent’s Digimon are deleted, you can unsuspend this Digimon.

[Main] Choose any number of your opponent’s Digimon with a combined Play cost of 15 or less, delete all of the chosen Digimon.
[Security] Delete 1 of your opponent’s Digimon with a Play cost of 15 or less.
It’s not just New Hero that will be getting new Greymon cards, as the Special Entry Set (ST-11) will also get some reprinted cards. This set will not only come with an easy to learn deck but will also have two Memory Gauges and a nice Deck Box with Gammamon on the front. This product will be released on November 26th in Japan and early next year for the English game.
