Pokemon TCG – New Ultra-Premium Collection announced

A new Ultra-Premium Collection has been announced, which will release sometime in October for the US and Europe. Although the promos are yet to be revealed, this collection will include a V, VMAX, and VSTAR promo cards, which could mean it is intended as a farewell product for the popular Sword and Shield era.

The new Ultra-Premium Collection will release sometime in October and will cost around $120. Although we are yet to get a glimpse at the new Ultra-Premium Collection, we do know the contents of the box.

  • 1 Foil Alt Art V Card
  • 1 Foil Alt Art VSTAR Card
  • 1 Foil Alt Art VMAX Card
  • 16 Boosters Packs
  • 1 Collector’s Guide
  • 1 TCG Rulebook
  • 1 Foil Stitched Playmat
  • 1 Set of Sleeves
  • 1 Metallic Coin
  • 1 Set of Metal Damage Dice
  • 1 Set of metal Special Condition and VSTAR markers
  • 1 Code Card

It will be interesting to see what alternate arts are included in this set – could all three be connected in some way, such as Deoxys? Whatever promos they choose to include, they will no doubt be special. With the next generation of the Pokemon game franchise just around the corner, it is likely that this is the final Ultra-Premium Collection of this particular series.
